Lucky...

I tend to get a panicky feeling when I run into people I went to high school with. All the horrible feelings of high school come back. I went to 3 different high schools. The bad part about going to 3 different High Schools is that there are a lot more people to run into. There is also an advantage of going to three different high schools.

I see someone I went to Mountain View High School with. They see me. I panick and first try to find a place to hide. They come up to me before I can squeeze my whole body in the hiding place. While half of my body is still stuck in the hiding place a conversation has started with this classmate.

Classmate: "Hey, did you go to Mountain View?"
Me: "I went to Dixie"
Classmate: "Oh sorry, you look familiar."
Me: "No problem!"

And that is how I avoided the "hey it's been six years and I think we had math together once" conversation!

Driving...

Every morning I drive from the Clearfield Area to the Salt Lake City Area for work. It's about a half an hour commute. Today in the fast lane I got stuck behind a guy that was checking out all the scenery(going 50 miles an hour). Then he would pick his nose, check out more scenery, pick his nose again, check his hair in the mirror, and go back to his nose. I started to gag at the nose picking so the only option I had was to play frogger and make my way back to the fast lane way in front of him.

Older...

I can tell I am getting older because I went to Disneyland with my mom, and my little brother this past week. My brother and his friend often went off on their own, so my mom and I would decide what we wanted to do. Everytime I was asked what I wanted to do I would think, "I would like to sit here on this bench and watch the parade again." That meant I didn't have to move.

No More Dating...

My roommates and I decided we're done dating for a while. Recent Experiences:

Tiffany's experiences:

She was stuck on a blind date for 28 hours. She wanted to die.

She went hiking on a date and the guy was in front of her. Everytime he would go through bushes he would let go and the branches would come back and hit Tiffany in the face. He's a winner.

Shanley's experience:

Shanley went on a blind date and once they were done eating dinner he said, "The next thing I have planned for us was to go skinny dipping in a lake up in the mountains." Shanley declined.

My experiences:

On a first date this guy and I were walking around our little town. I was using my hands to explain something and while my hand was in the air he grabbed it and held it for the rest of the night. My story was cut short.

This guy and I were swapping blind date stories and he said "On all my blind dates I make out, like this..." he proceded to try and show me what he does on all his blind dates. I proceded to show him what it was like to be rejected.
